Scotch® 244 High Performance Masking Tape features a uniform yellow paper backing and a 0.085 mm thick synthetic adhesive. This tape is particularly resistant to UV rays and is waterproof. It has good temperature resistance (100 °C).

This tape can be used for a wide range of masking applications, particularly those requiring UV resistance, residue-free removal, and resistance to an optimum temperature of 100°C for 30 minutes (e.g., marine market).
