Mastice Camon VC270 red glue for PVC 125gr

A sealing, semi-dense, orange-colored adhesive based on PVC resins in solvent. The adhesive, once solidified, resists excellently the action of oils, greases and acids. It withstands the same thermal stresses as rigid PVC.


It is suitable for bonding joints of orange-colored rigid PVC pipes and connections and rigid PVC drain pipes (not under pressure) even of large diameters and where hot water passes. Not suitable for couplings with “backlash.”


For application, remove all traces of dirt and remove grease and dust residues from the surfaces to be joined (outside pipe and inside sleeve) with CAMONET cleaner, formulated with the same basic solvents as our adhesives. Possible traces of ice should be removed by meticulous heating. Cut the pipes, chamfer the edges and remove burrs; mark on the pipe the depth of its insertion into the sleeve. Make sure the surfaces are perfectly dry before starting to apply the adhesive. Mix the product thoroughly with a brush or tool. Spread a layer of adhesive evenly (e.g., with a brush), first on the inside of the sleeve then on the pipe. To avoid harmful deposits in the pipe, it is important that the adhesive in the sleeve be applied in a thin layer; while on the outside of the pipe it is better to abound with adhesive. Immediately join the parts by compressing and imprinting them.
